Philanthropy Africa was founded in 2019 by Leila Davids.
Leila has 25 years’ experience in international development across Africa, China, Latin America and South Asia. She has worked directly for four Forbes List philanthropists and advised numerous others. Leila’s focus is on working with her clients to attempt to solve some of the most intractable problems, and on creating a more generous world.
Leila is the Senior Strategic Philanthropy Advisor for Africa to the Gates Foundation
